Work for Porchlight

Porchlight is working towards a fairer society where everybody has a safe place to call home.

If you want to join a team of passionate people who are dedicated to changing lives, then we want to hear from you.

Why work for Porchlight?

By working for Porchlight – whatever the role – you'll be making a real difference to the lives of homeless, vulnerable and isolated people.

Our staff and volunteers are our biggest asset. They put our core values into action, working across Kent to change thousands of people's lives every year.

As a learning organisation, we're always looking at how we can improve what we're doing. Part of that means investing in our people, giving them the chance to succeed and grow through training and development opportunities.

We believe in positive change. Many of the people who work for Porchlight have had direct experience of homelessness and we know that our services are stronger for this unique perspective.

I have worked at Porchlight for a number of years because I believe we make a difference.
