Our helpline advisors will listen and won’t make judgements. They can help you understand your options and guide you through the process of getting the help you need.

Live Well Kent is our largest mental health service, offering free help to anyone who lives in Kent. We also have a range of other mental health services available depending on your needs.

All our services are running and have been adapted to reflect the latest government coronavirus safety guidelines. Once you're referred to one of our mental health services, our staff will work with you in the safest way that works best for you.

We offer emotional support and practical help. This includes being able to liaise with your GP or other health professionals also involved in your support if you wish.
