False rumours about Porchlight properties being sold to house asylum seekers
Our statement
We've been made aware of rumours that falsely claim Porchlight homelessness properties are being sold so they can be used to house asylum seekers. This is untrue.
Our properties continue to be used to support people who've experienced homelessness - just as we have been doing for over 50 years.
Although we believe everyone should have somewhere safe to call home, regardless of where they were born, we wanted to set the record straight: our properties are not being sold to house asylum seekers.
